healing happens through connection
my approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and connection. Together, we create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped who you are.
Many of the patterns we develop, the ways we think, cope, communicate, and connect with others, often come from earlier experiences and relationships. While these patterns may have once helped us navigate life, they can sometimes leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck.
In therapy, we will work together to better understand these patterns with compassion and curiosity. By exploring where they come from and how they show up in your present life, we can begin to create more intentional ways of responding, relating, and moving forward.
I believe that deeper self-understanding is the foundation for meaningful change. When we feel more connected to ourselves, we can begin to build healthier relationships, make choices that align with who we are, and create a life that feels more fulfilling.
A Personalized Approach
Every person comes to therapy with a unique story, which is why I believe treatment should be tailored to each individual’s needs, experiences, and goals.
My work is primarily grounded in relational and attachment-based therapy, with the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches when helpful. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape the way you understand yourself and connect with others.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to create a therapeutic process that feels meaningful, supportive, and aligned with their goals.
virtual and in-person therapy
I offer both virtual and in-person therapy to provide flexibility based on your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you prefer meeting from the comfort of your own home or connecting face-to-face, we'll work together in the setting that feels most supportive for you.
I currently provide in-person therapy in New York City and virtual therapy for adults residing in New York, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
No matter how we meet, my goal is the same: to create a warm, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, work through life's challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
